Q: Do you have single room?
A: According to the concept of promoting culture exchange from Richard Schirmann, we only provide dorm which could offer the opportunity for hosteller from all over the world to make friends with each other.

Q: Do you provide hot water for shower in the room?
A: We only provide hot water for shower in the room in winter because of the weather which is not so cold in Taiwan and the environmental charters of Hostelling International that we all have the responsibility to promote more careful use of the world’s limited nature resources. However, you still can take a shower with hot water in the public bathroom anytime.

Q: Do you provide shampoo and bodywash in the room?
A: We do not provide these in the room but you can buy them at the front desk. Each package is $15NTD, including toothpaste, teeth brush, shampoo and bodywash.

Q: May I check-out/ check-in in the early morning?
A: Yes, that is not the problem. We provide 24 hours service.

Q: Is there an air-conditioner and bathroom in the rooms?
A: Yes, there are an air-conditioner and a bathroom (including a toilet and a shower room) in each room.

Q: Do you provide television and wireless net in the room?
A: Because of the spirit of culture exchange and encouraging people to get close to the nature, we only have television in the common room. On the other hand, the wireless net is also provided in the common room because the signal is not stable in the room.

Q: May I get discount if I have overseas student ID?
A: We only offer discount for international students who have ISIC (International Student Identity Card) and for local students who have student identity card issued from local schools recognized by Ministry of Education.

Q: Does the price including breakfast?
A: Breakfast is not included in the accommodation price but we could help you order breakfast if you stay in-group.

Q: May I leave my luggage in the hostel?
A: Yes. You can leave your luggage for one day after checking-out or before checking-in.

Making Reservation

Q: How to make the reservation?
A: Please book at www.hihostels.com and pay 5% of the price for reservation in advance.

Q: If I cancel the reservation, may I get my reservation fee back?
A: The reservation fee is non-refundable.

Q: My friends and I travel together, including boys and girls. Could we live in the same room?
A: If you want to live in the same room, you can book a room instead of beds.
