Check-in and check-out at the reception desk, where our staff are on-duty 24 hours a day. There you may also get some travel information.
In addition we offer the services of application for a Regular or Temporary membership card.
Our staff speaks English and Japanese as well as Chinese Mandarin and Taiwanese Cantonese and Spanis.

Guests may watch TV, read magazines and newspapers and listen to music - all provided. A computer is also provided and guests may also use your own portable computer with our wireless internet network, both without charge.
There is no need to worry about laundry as we provide 3 coin-operated washing machines and 1 clothes drying machine. We also provide at reasonable cost telephone, fax, a copying machine services. Security boxes (for safekeeping your valuables) are provided without charge.
A small kitchen area with fridges, microwave oven, regular oven, and drinking water and a simple work-out area (for exercise) are provided for your use without charge.
